Course Provider: Picture Perfect Beginnings, Online Photography School
1. Parties & Eligibility
This Agreement is entered into between the purchaser (parent, legal guardian, or individual student) and Picture Perfect Beginnings (“Course Provider”). By enrolling, you affirm that you have the legal authority to register yourself or your child in the course.
2. Assent & Acceptance
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement, including the policies, disclaimers, and terms of course access.
3. Course Access & Duration
The course is delivered online at http://www.photoschool.pro. Access begins upon successful payment.
- Standard Package: 12 months of access
- Advanced Package: 24 months of access
- Premium Package: 36 months of access
4. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation
Course fees are generally non-refundable. A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been completed.
Access may be suspended or terminated if payment fails or if these Terms are violated.
5. License & Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use course materials for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.
All rights to course content remain with the Course Provider. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Content Use & Sharing Restrictions
Do not share your login credentials or course materials with anyone else.
If these Terms are violated, access may be revoked without refund.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- The course is educational in nature; no specific results or professional outcomes are guaranteed.
- The Course Provider is not responsible for errors, outdated content, or discrepancies in course materials.
- Technical issues (such as platform downtime) are outside the Provider’s control; compensation will not be provided for such events.
8. Photo & Media Release (Optional)
You may choose to grant permission for your or your child’s likeness—including photos, videos, and course submissions—to be used in promotional materials, on websites, and on social media.
Consent is voluntary and may be revoked in writing at any time, subject to legal limitations.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information (and your child’s, if applicable) will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy Link].
We collect only the data necessary to deliver the course (such as name, email, and login information). We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or for secure payment processing.
10. Termination, Modifications & Updates
The Course Provider reserves the right to update course content, pricing, or policies at any time.
The Provider is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.
In such cases, liability is limited to applicable refunds, if any.
11. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding this course. No oral statements or prior agreements override this written Agreement.
